Color Triple Play: Terracotta

Triple Play: Terracotta

Hellooo Bloglings! I’ve got a bit of a different Triple Play today. Usually, I take one piece of clothing and utilize it three different ways to present its versatility. Well, yesterday, Belgravia released these beautiful new dresses and I fell in love with this color. I wanted to show you all of them. So, I’m doing a color triple play: three dresses, one color.

The first dress is a gorgeous piece with silver inserts on the sides, which emphasize the curves of the hips.  The dress comes in nine colors and some colors have silver inserts and some have gold.

This dress is a more conservative piece but the front panel is perfectly made, giving it extra texture and interest. It comes in eleven color combinations.

I love the color interchange on these dresses and the wrinkling of the fabric is done beautifully and comes in tend color combinations. Overall, the metallic touches on the new collection are divine making the pieces feel luxurious without overdoing it and making them cheap.

Triple Play: Tram Cable Knit Sweater

Triple Play: Tram Cable Knit Sweater

Hello Bloglings! I felt a bit ambitious last night and put together three looks for you again today, each featuring the new cable knit pullover from Tram. This first look is a nice sweet look in soft yellow and also features the new skinny pants released by Tram. I was told I look like a librarian from 1953 when I wore this! I’m taking that as a compliment of the highest degree.

In a much different direction, I paired the brown sweater with an orange pencil skirt from Maitreya. Furthermore, these new bags from BSD at Fashion Week are just overflowing with details.

A nice casual look with nothing particularly new, except the jewelery from Maxi Gossamer (I don’t need to tell you that it is of premium quality, do I?) which appears at this round of Collabor88.

Style Notes: These new sweaters from Tram come in ten (ten!) colors. When you purchase it you will get two version, one with the lacy bit on the shoulders and one without (the first photo has it with and the next two feature it without). The adorable floral skinny pants come in six pastel tones.

Triple Play: Maitreya Mini Skirt

Triple Play: Maitreya Mini Skirt

I know my lil Bloglings, this post has taken me a long time to put up. I was feeling rather ickies yesterday and didn’t get it finished. I’m so sorry. But here it is!

Style Notes: These new mini skirts from Maitreya look amazing and like the jacket from Maitreya also worn here comes in an array of colors.

Triple Play: Maitreya Mini Skirt

Style Notes: All three pairs of shoes that I’m wearing in these pictures are new from Gos boutique. While none of my skins were in the HUD perfect match system, there are still a bazillion skins in there for you to choose from. I’m wearing My UglyDorothy and la petite morte in these photos. For some reason I’m getting a dark ring around my ankle in the photos but that isn’t showing in world, and I couldn’t get that to go away. I may try to reshoot in the future to show you again how beautiful they are.

Triple Play: Maitreye Mini Skirt

Style Notes: This hair is from CaTwA and comes with the mesh hoodie. It is just adorable. The hoodie comes with a color changeable HUD and you can even buy an addon HUD for more options!

Triple Play: FANATIK leather mini

My first Triple Play was in September and I thought it would only be a LOTD that happened to feature three looks, but just recently I did another one and now I’m going to do it again. I think this is going to be a new category for two reasons: mostly because I enjoy it but equally important is because it exemplifies how versatile specific pieces are and, therefore, how useful they can be. When this happens, maybe you are more likely to see them on your own avatar rather than see them on my avatar all the time, which is really the point, isn’t it (I mean other than the beautiful pictures, which I’m getting to!)?

Triple Play: FANATIK leather mini

I have no idea what inspired this look. It is inexplicable, but wandering around FaMESHeD and l’accessoires must have been good for me because it resulted in this. Besides, who could resist this new hair from Taketomi?

Style Notes: The leather mini from FANATIK comes in an array of colors from pastels to the dark brown I’m wearing here. You’ll notice on the red one that Musey wears in the last photo that the stitching detail is just divine. It is these small, unnecessary but complimentary details that really make a product stand out. Furthermore, these heels from FANATIK come with a HUD to color change the studs from gold to silver and back again as many times as your (or my) indecisive heart desires (how did they get that many spikes on one shoe?!).

Also, this new hat is from l’accessoires. Get the fatpack. I’m not encouraging you this time; I’m demanding it. The fatpack is 800L and each single hat is 200L. The fatpack contains 8 hats. 8! You do the math on those freshly manicured hands of yours and get back to me on whether or not you bought the fatpack. 🙂

One more thing before we get on to the next picture (which I know is what you are really waiting for). This jacket by Valentina E. is lovely, yes, obviously but also sold separately is a dress which is just as lovely. Take a look. They’re both sold at FaMESHed (hurry before the next round sneaks up on you); they look great together.

Onward!

Triple Play: FANATIK leather mini

Do not be appalled at my fashion judgement! Do not judge me! But…this jacket is not mesh, it is three prim pieces. I know what you’re thinking. I can see it in your eyes and tense lines around your lips but I have three excuses: it matches perfectly, it is cute, aaaaand it was only 100L.  XD

Style Notes: These shoes by JD are amazing. I know, I’ve blogged them before, but just in case you didn’t catch that post (I know you sit and wait at home refreshing my page for hours hoping for a new post but that is beside the point), these shoes come in a few fat packs and each fatpack comes with a HUD so you can change the color details on them. Also, you can remove the flower detail if you so desire. Oh, poor indecisive me.

Et nombre trois:

Triple Play: FANATIK leather mini

Finally, a cardigan. The staple of every wardrobe. In real life I love a cardigan–it is like comfort with buttons (so you don’t look too sloppy).  So, there is no reason not to love these cardigans from TokiD considering how well they’re made. Don’t look at me like that. I know they’ve been around for ages. Can’t I gush over something that I like even if it is old? Sheesh.

Actually, nothing in this outfit is particularly new (except the shoes which come from the new round of Zodiac). It is just a new spin on some old things in my closet. I like the idea of taking a leather mini skirt and tube top (items usually reserved for the club life) and making them casual and sweet.

Triple Play: Slouchy Satin Tank

I know I’ve been a little absent lately, but I’ve not been feeling terribly well. Also, I have been working on a surprise. It is still in the works, so be patient!. Today, I  have a triple play for you featuring Tee*fy’s slouchy tank which was released at this month’s Collabor88. They’re a great staple, so I purchased all three fat packs, but I’m a hoarder. Don’t judge me!

Triple Play: Slouchy Tank

I draped this pink slouchy tank over a basic erratic longshirt in light pink. Then I paired them with BOOM Miami Linens in nutshell. Seriously, these are some of my favorite pants ever, so versatile. Then I added these Redgrave shoes to all of them because they are amazing and color-changeable. 🙂

Triple Play: Slouchy Tank

Teal! This time a bit more casual with mijn botique’s ombre jeans in black/blue. And another appearance of League’s necklace but in coordinating colors. I love teal!

Triple Play: Slouchy Tank

Spicy red. This tank is called Chili and I paired it with erratic’s leather pants in black. This time cuffing up the wrists with BOOM’s new cuffs from Collabor88 and adding a cross from glow studio.

LotD 60: Triple Play

I decided to write up three separate looks today. All feature the same shirt from House of Fox. It isn’t particularly new, I just found it in my inventory and ran with it. It is so well made and I was inspired by how useful it was.

This first look includes this new hair from Exile, which I absolutely love. The Bettie bangs are adorable. It is a bit darker than my usual looks, but it is one of my favorites to wear recently.

A little less casual and more chic is this second outfit. It includes these ColdLogic trousers which aren’t new but are still absolutely beautifully made. If you purchase them in pitch they have a very subtle and lovely texture to them.

The third and final look includes another pair of pants by ColdLogic. These pants are the newish simmonds trouser and come in a variety of colors. By another name, but basically the same pant with different textures are some jeans and all are very well made (as is anything with ColdLogic).
