Hello again, bloglings. We Love Roleplay is opening its doors again today to bring us our favorite fantasy stuff around. This month, E.V.E. released this dramatic neck piece, that I found perfectly fitting for a dark queen. Gauze released these dragon fades appliers for both hands and feet. They’re subtly scaly and absolutely fantastic.
Don’t forget Gacha Garden is open now with tons of free gifts. So, stop on by play a gacha or two and pick up some freebies to fatten your already bursting inventory.
Also, The Coven is a new event focused around the occult. While I was there I found this hair by Love which looks as if it has been captured by the wind.
She could feel the change of the seasons in the air that surrounded her. The air still held that serotinal warmth, but it drifted along the surface of her skin with a crispness that had not been there the preceding week. It was an indication that she must find a place to settle soon. The idea made her itch. The simple idea of settling for a few months in a single place made her feel trapped. What a boring, stagnant life. What were lasting and loving relationships to others were monotony and risk to her. The comfort of familiarity to other people was tedious repetition.
This post is brought to you by serendipity, my lil bloglings. We Love Roleplay is open and wonderful. Coincidentally (or serendipitously) The Skinnery released this lovely faun skin with appliers for Lelutka. It is beautifully detailed. During this same round Doe released this ridiculously adorable hair tangled in antlers. But that is not all, blogettes. Gauze just recently updated their faun legs with appliers for mesh bodies. The stars have aligned, and we all need faun avatars now.
Also released at We Love Roleplay this round is this underbust corset/bodysuit thingy. I don’t know what to call it except lovely. It is beautifully details and though it is rigged and not fitted mesh, I was able to get it to fit my Maitreya body quite nicely.
The ocean seemed to pulsate, echoing its sadness when its princess made a pact with the sea witch. Sorrow could be felt by every sea creature in those heavy, brackish waters, because the waters themselves had become sorrow. It was as if they carried the weight of the princess’ burden, for she did not seem to know the implications of her actions. Hope and excitement only lighted the young mermaid’s face for a moment before flickering out when she gasped for air and choked on water with a misunderstanding of her new lungs. She looked down at her fins, no her feet, in confusion as she flailed them about helplessly, panic now striking her features. The deep waters suddenly felt heavy around her, painfully weighing down against her. But the ocean knew what to do; the ocean saved her. The sea creatures carried their naive princess to the surface protecting the last hope they had for her.
Enchantment is still open and there are so very many things to be had. One of my favorite things in the whole round is this Spellbound hair, Sirena. It comes with the shell crown and flowers and each are separate pieces so you can choose how much of it you would like to wear. Fantasy Gacha Carnival also opened and with it is this really cute outfit in fitmesh for SLink by Pepper. SLink isn’t my favorite body, but this outfit is cute enough to compromise. I tried it on Maitreya, and it simply would not work.
Hewwo Bloglings! I picked up this little dress from a friend the other day, isn’t is lovely? I absolutely love paisley; there just isn’t enough paisley in world. 🙂 I paired it with my favorite scarf from tram (I know I wear it a lot, but it is perfect, bloggettes) and some spiked shoes from FANATIK (be careful around these ones, they’re dangerous).
Style notes: This dress by Context comes with a HUD for up to five texture changes.
And Bloggettes, pleae don’t forget that the skin fair starts on March 15th. The owner of Tokyo Girl was kind enough to give me a review copy of this pretty skin. Isn’t Amelia lovely? Her features are nice and soft. Though she looks young, she doesn’t look *too* young. Also, the clavicle and throat are beautifully done.
I will be previewing a bunch of other items for the Skin Fair in the next few days, so keep reading. 🙂
Skin Notes: Amelia comes in the five skin tones shown here. Starting at the large left photo and going in a clockwise direction they are as follows: Natural, Tanned, Sunkissed, Pale, Fair. It also comes with Lolas Tango appliers, if you prefer a curvier figure; shapes, and five colors of eyes. Enjoy being pretty Bloglings!
Oh Bloglings! There is so much newness it is hard to know just where to begin. Of course, there is The Arccade! Then a new round of The Dressing Room Fusion, which is where I got these new jeans from TokiDoki. Also, not shown here is a new release from Belgravia (don’t worry that post is coming very soon). Not to mention, of course, the new FaMESHeD which is where this jewelry came from. And this hair is new from Eater’s coma! Please don’t be overwhelmed, my lil bloggettes, I’m certain you can handle it all. You’ll just have to pace yourselves.
Style Notes: These jeans from TokiDoki come in three adorable patterns for only 70L a piece, go ahead and snatch them all up. Futhermore, this hair from Eather’s Coma comes with a HUD to change the color of the bandana to a gazillion different textures, enough to boggle my puny lil mind.
Hello my lil bloglings! Wish me luck, because I am entering the coldLogic photo competition. These are my photos for the competition. Unlike my usual photos, they are photoshopped, however, only the shadows and such are photoshopped to be deeper–all the clothing is absolutely gorgeous without any help.
I chose gish by coldLogic because, though it is an older piece, it is so classically beautiful. Then I paired it with these new shoes from Vive9 Ryvolter. I hope you enjoy the eye candy blogettes!
Style Notes: The new shoes from Ryvolter put the skin matching HUD right in the middle of your screen, which can be a bit frustrating. But never fear, just right click on the HUD, edit and move it out of the way so you can see your lil tootsies while you’re skin matching.
Some more newness for my Bloglings! A little more VinCue and new Chandelle jeans. Please don’t dismay the Maitreya and Gos shoe Triple Play should still be coming soon. I’m off work and feeling bloggish!
It is my 100th look of the day! Yay! There is so much going on right now I can hardly contain myself, but I will try. XD Maitreya released a new line, Gos boutique opened this weekend with a whole new line of shoes and with a new HUD system, N-core is releasing some new mesh shoes, and Cynful released these adorable shrugs.
Right now, I am featuring just a tiny, itty-bitty snippet of the new line from Maitreya: this blouse and clutch. Aren’t they lovely?
I know what you’re thinking, “Where are the shoes?!” Three stores release new shoes and not a single new pair here. Be patient my bloggettes, the shoes are coming as well as more releases from Maitreya. 😀
Style Notes: Of course the blouse from Maitreya comes in twelve colors from soft pastels to rich jewel tones (and, of course, I picked up the turquoise). Also new is the shrug I am wearing from Cynful which comes with a tube top that can be worn underneath (you can even buy appliers separately). The Cynful shrug also comes in a plethora of colors to boggle the indecisive mind.
