“What use was time to those who’d soon achieve Digital Immortality?”

Sooo…I really thought I posted this a week ago. My mind is apparently gone. I am so sorry. However, since I didn’t, I decided to do a lil gif of the Musa puzzle ball animation, which is pretty awesome!
Clickety-click for the delightful deetz, mah lil bloglings:
Bloglings, this post is long in coming and I apologize for how long it has taken me. Honestly, some things have happened in RL, that have really drained me lately. It is difficult for me to find inspiration (though not impossible). I struggle with the ability to focus on anything long enough to actually accomplish any task lately. Some things are just really difficult for me right now. So, I quit my blogger groups for the moment. I need to gather myself together. I will continue blogging, but it may be intermittent. I still have stories to tell, they just may take more time to be born.
Bloglings! Another round of Collabor88 is upon us, and it is fabulous! So many goodies and even something wonderful from Kauna for the menfolk, or us ladyfolk pretending to be menfolk (I’m not here to judge bloglings, actually, I encourage and incite). So, more about this cardigan and adorable geeky tee…the tee is interchangeable with other tees and extras can be purchased at the low cost of 88L. Buy them up, because they’re adorable in all their geekiness.
Yet another Pose Fair post for you my little Bloggettes. I’m becoming rather fond of my male alt, doublethinker. I may keep him around and use him more often on posts. However, his wardrobe is seriously lacking. I will have to peruse some male fashion blogs for help. If you have any suggections, please let me know!
This first post is a pose by What Next and comes with the camera pose prop. A few of these were released and they are all absolutely adorable. Also new is this cute loose owl tshirt from Admiral Spicy! You can’t see it in the photo, but he has a moustache, and everything is better with a moustache my bloglings.
This second pose is a cute pose from EverGlow. It just looks like they’re being so playful and having so much fun. 🙂
Bloggettes, I’m covering new territory for me lately. I don’t generally do erotic poses but with the Pose Fair this year, I couldn’t help but to try a few out. Isn’t this a lovely pose by Grafica? It comes not only in the M/F version but also (and I highly applaud them for this) in a F/F and M/M version as well.
Here is a beautiful pose by EverGlow. It is Balls 25.
Here is a full view of the EverGlow Balls 25 pose.
I hope you enjoyed the pictures and poses today, my little bloglings!
When I started this blog, I promised a good friend of mine that I would attempt to regularly post some outfits that leaned towards androgyny. I was really excited about the concept, because of my background in gender studies but I’ve become a bit disillusioned with it. There are two really large stumbling blocks. The first major one being my own shortcomings. I failed to see how feminine I really am most of the time and it is really difficult for me to try to neutralize that. Secondly, the selection in SL is often very sexualized. Although, I have found some really quality pieces that I think will work. She isn’t completely androgynous but the idea is to neutralize her sexuality a bit more, but still maintain a sense of style.
I was perusing one of my favorite blogs today Bolloblog and she had such a cute and simple outfit up with this shirt from a store called Useful Things paired with jeans from mon tissu. I immediately loved it, but wanted to make it more, well, me. I’m sure we’ve all felt that way before. So, I’d like to see others do it too. Take what you deem to be the essentials of another bloggers outfit and re-accessorize it to be more *you* (don’t forget to link the original).
For such a basic color, I went to all my basic stores. Fri.day for my basic shirts and Apple May for one of my favorite skirts (just featured yesterday in charcoal, sorry). All topped off with a mustache.
