LotD 111: Green!

02-22 03_001

Good day bloggettes! I don’t wear it often, but green is definitely my favorite color. It is the color of Spring, and life, and grass, and the rainbow (okay, every color is in the rainbow but green is the *best* color in the rainbow). So, here is an outfit full of Spring Green and love for you featuring coldLogic’s new cardigan.

Style Notes: coldLogic just released a whole slew of new cardigans in varying styles, make sure to go check them all out. Each cardigan can be worn with a dress that is included underneath or without. However, the dress cannot be worn without the cardigan, but who cares?! The focal point is, after all, the cardigans my bloglings.

LotD 69: Like Sands Through an Hourglass

Yes, I’m in this shade of blue again. Don’t judge me! >< This corset from Drift is only 55L if you catch it this week at 55L Friday and these new shoes from Maitreya are stunning (as usual).

LotD 63: In Preparation of Winter

I took an unexpected sabbatical. However, I like to think that absence makes the heart grow fonder. You’re fonder, right?!
When I took these pictures, this coat from ColdLogic was new. It isn’t new any longer, but it is still gorgeous. Yesterday, they just released a bunch of new sweater dresses, one of which I will be blogging shortly. So, hop on down to their store and stay tuned. πŸ™‚

LotD 22: Shades of Lavender

Apparently, I really am enjoying cool tones lately. Two blue posts and now a purple post. I do loves these colors.

The top is actually sold as a dress. However, unless you’re comfortable showing your bits ‘n pieces, just pretend it is a shirt. πŸ™‚

LotD 9: Cotton Candy

LotD 9: Cotton Candy

Though I like to challenge gender stereotypes on a regular basis, I can’t help the fact that I am *very* stereotypically girly. It creeps up on me at the most unexpected times and embarrasses me when I’m trying to be intellectual and sophisticated. It is the deep, dark secret of a cartoon fashionista who fancies herself a feminist philosopher in another life or in all lives. Maybe I should be more like Popeye, “I yam who I yam.”

Anyhow, I love this blue skirt. It is one of my favorite colors (I’m sure you’ll start seeing a pattern of pale bluish tones). It may be a system skirt (don’t groan at me) but it is beautifully made and looks amazing. I paired it with another top from Ingenue and belted it (of course, I did, I always belt things).
