Down the Rabbit Hole – The Kawaii Project, Hair Fair, Wayward Carnival

Hello Bloglings! I absolutely love Alice in Wonderland, as cliche as that may be. The word and logic games are terribly fun and it has such a cute cult culture following. Also, the concept of wonderland seems so terribly relevant to SecondLife itself, where things sometimes only make sense within this sphere.

Down the rabbit hole.

So, this round of the Kawaii Project is Wonderland themed. And one of my favorite items this round is a hair with ears from LCKY. I am actually wearing another hair with the ears in this photo, but the set is really lovely. And the ears! They come with an up and down version, and a pierced and non-pierced version. So many options!

I am wearing a lovely tousled hair from Tableau Vivant, which was released at Hair Fair. Hair Fair ends on the 26th, so get your junk together and hop over there if you haven’t already. Stop by each shop and click on the 10 for a giftie from the merchant.

Hop, hop, hop!    There is also this really cute dress from le fil casse at Kawaii. I like that it is really cute but not too lolita-eque. It is really difficult to find a lovely color tattoo, but antielle does work. I have this one that I found at Kawaii below and I also photograph another one last week for my flickr was was quite lovely. Tea?

The Stories She Tells. – Romp and Event@1st

So, I wrote up this post about a week ago…and totally forgot to publish it. I’m so sorry. But! I still have pretty picture for you with this amazing corset by Sweet Thing at Romp and White Widow’s lovely tattoo that was released at Event@1st.
She told me stories that made me forget my nightmares.Because I can’t resist a photo with wings…and because you needed to be able to see this tattoo and harness more clearly. White Widow’s details and intricacies are just beautiful.   Blue

Feeling pretty.

Hello bloggettes! Uber opened on the 31st and it is AMAZING. I am starting to look forward to Uber more than Collabor88, to be honest.

Feeling pretty.

I was trying some new photography techniques to make the background completely black and only use projector lighting. I realize it isn’t the best lighting. I’ll get better, bloglings!

This lingerie by Erratic at Uber is absolutely gorgeous. It even comes with pieces specifically for the SLink body. Lovely.

LotD 133: Peace and Love and Whatnot

LotD 133

Oh my little bloglings, mon tissu is back with some relaxed summer goodness. This shirt is so casual I almost threw it on with a pair of panties and went to bed. Don’t look at me that way bloggettes! I know my night shirts aren’t this nice, but they aren’t this new either–nor are they made my mon tissu. I can only cross my fingers and hope they weren’t made by some poor child laborer before being shipped off to my country!

Style Notes: These shirts come in a variety of prints and solids, one includes a mustache (yay!).

LotD 128: On the Bright Side

LotD 128

Hello lil bloglings! It has been a long sabbatical but mon tissu is finally back with a Spring line and this dress is absolutely adorable. In comes in a variety of Springy colors and patterns, but I chose yellow to coordinate with this beautiful skin tone.

Also new is this bun from eqoque, and you know how much I love a bun, bloggettes.

Pose Fair Preview 1: Art Dummy and Flowey

Art Dummy and Flowey Bench

Another day, another event my little bloglings! Pose Fair is right around the corner and you should definitely stop by. It is full of adorable poses and animations. I’m starting off my huge Pose Fair expose with this adorable bench, which is a collaboration between Art Dummy and Flowey.  My lovely assistant is my good friend Kyoko Shoteka (she was extremely patient with my finickiness).

Art Dummy and Flowey Bench

The first picture is a good picture of how cute the pose is when they’re whispering to each other, but here is a nice full view of the bench. One of the great features of this bench is that each person’s pose is separate. So, the poses can be mixed and matched (there is one combination that may not work properly according to the included notecard).

Here is another combination of poses on the bench. Isn’t is simply adorable?  When you buy the bench you also get it in four colors.
